Property Treated Properly keeps the outside of a property clear: the lot, the curb, the beds and the bin pad. Exterior property maintenance from a Savannah, Georgia company.
One property, from above
Every property has the same four places where trash ends up. Scroll down the plan and watch each one cleared.
The lot
A parking lot collects whatever comes out of a car door: cups, receipts, napkins, wrappers. It gathers at the wheel stops and the far corners, where nobody walks. Litter cleanup takes the lot back to bare asphalt.
Curb and verge
Whatever blows down the road ends up along the curb, in the grass strip and against the storm drain grate. It is the first line of the property anyone sees from a car, and the first line that gets picked up.
Beds and walks
Shrubs and straw beds catch what the wind carries and keep it out of sight until it piles up. The entry walk is the last stretch before the door. Both get cleared, so the way in looks looked after.
The bin pad
The bin pad is where trash removal starts. Bags that did not fit, boxes left beside the dumpster, whatever has been set down and forgotten: it is taken away, and the pad is just a pad again.
What Property Treated Properly believes
That is their line, and the work follows from it. A property with nothing on the ground reads as cared for, to customers, tenants and neighbors walking past. A dedicated team specializes in exterior property maintenance, focusing on litter cleanup and trash removal.
Property Treated Properly names three services. Each has its own page with what it covers and why it matters.
